Forrest Hill School are thinking about BYOD. Do you think this would be a good idea?
What are the pros's and con's? What device would you like to bring? Should every one bring the same device? What if some people do not own their own device? Should the school give them one?

ReplyDeleteits a good idea but my friend robyn doesnt have one its not fair and my phone screen it will be smaller than the ipads well its a good idea ithink we half should well like 99.9%.
ReplyDeletewell, bad and good idea, i would HATE it to break my tab, especially when my dad got it for free,but in case we should put cases on our devices because when its lost, u wont fine it again
ReplyDeletewell it would be good but not everyone has a device for me for instant all i have is an old iPod nano and a kindle so yeah. if the school does give students devises that would be good because i can continue learning after school and develop new schools.A bad reason is because the devices might get broken and because it might not be safe because the internet use

ReplyDeleteI think that if the school lets them borrow it they could steal them and they might brake.Also others can steal your own device.But if all the computers are taken and all the ipads we could just use our own device.

ReplyDeleteI think it is not a good idea because it can get lost and the school will be held responsible and the owner will be upset and they will get turned into computer or whatever addict and there will be accidents where the device breaks and this may cause a lot of fuss and students can't focus on work because they are to busy thinking of there devices.
ReplyDeleteThere are positives and negatives that children bring their own devices. Positives are that our school won't have to spend money to buy I Pad's, laptops and computers. Negatives are students devices will easily get lost or broken.

ReplyDeleteits good bez you can use it for things like research and we can refund the ipads and then we dont need computer as well...... IF THEY DONT HAVE PHONES WELL I AM SURE THEY HAVE LIKE A HOME IPAD OR SOMETHING.....
